Owners live just 1 hour from the property. They are lawyers, one of whom has a private law firm and the other is a retired as Vice President of a New England charitable foundation.
Why they chose this property
The Onset and upper Cape area is home to our grandparents and a huge family. We have a lifetime of great memories of summers on the Cape. So we bought this home to ensure the traditions continue into the future generations. Since we live only one hour from the property in Cranston RI our family enjoys this fully equipped home away from home frequently for day trips to weeks-long vacations.
What makes this property unique
Swimming, fishing, Ice Fishing in season, canoeing; a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal for biking, roller blading or walking; so many options for eating and exploring and going to Cape Cod's famous beaches. But, it's hard to leave the property once you get there! The views on the pond change all day - each more beautiful than the last. Watch amazing reflections of the moon and stars on the water. It's very typical to come with big plans for day trips to the local attractions and never leave the property because it entices you completely.
