Over all we had a good experience. It was a quick trip for a Wheaton volleyball game. The place was very clean and super cute. We did fell it was a little price for the area it is in. Communication was good and check in/check out was easy. The only thing that we recommended was that the very worn and loved bedding be updated. Also the living room rug be replaces as previous rents had burned a few holes in it.

There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The apartment was clean and owner texted us quickly back when we had a problem. Don't expect a dishwasher. We didn't do much cooking, so it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay.

I’m a property manager and I had to move my tenants into this property for two weeks. The transition was flawless and the property was very clean. This property is great and the host is extremely responsive. Absolutely AWESOME!!!

Property was a good value for the money and located close to where we needed to be. Our bed was comfortable. There was adequate kitchen utensils, etc. we didn’t cook while we were there but could have. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen would have been handy.

It was great staying here. The kitchen wasnt as equiped as I hoped. The few things I needed that weren't available were measuring cups, mixing/serving bowls, a strainer, sissors. I improvised no problem. The oven not working properly is the real reason I give only four stars. The house was clean and inviting.

This was a second floor apt, though not mentioned in the listing. The property manager told me he would send me check in instructions by 3 pm, check in time. He sent them at 4:42 pm after i messaged two more times and called. He accused me of being "hostile". There were no hand towels, the mattress and pillows are cheap, I moved every time my husband rolled over in bed. There was someone else's dirty sock in the bedroom and a candy wrapper. There were no check out instructions.

This property was perfect for what we needed! There were only two towels provided for a listing that stated "sleeps 8". A minor inconvenience, but we easily worked around it.
