Our families have been coming to the Lake Eufaula area from Oklahoma City for years and enjoying our stays at various short term rentals. It has always been a family favorite trip with lots of time spent outdoors, swimming, boating, exploring and just enjoying some peace and relaxing. We purchased this property in 2022 and completed the build in 2024.
Why they chose this property
The Patriot Pointe development was built on over 500 acres of virgin ground. You can frequently see deer, turkeys and occasionally eagles. The neighborhood itself includes some great amenities to enjoy the outdoors. A stocked fishing pond, large pool / pool house, pickleball courts, playground, neighborhood docks and walking trails are among some of the many amenities.
What makes this property unique
This property is situated on the highest point of a peninsula that overlooks Lake Eufaula. Situated on just under an acre, the property includes a main house with 2,700 sq ft main house and a separate studio loft above a detached garage.
