Excellent bang for the buck! All the amenities you need and great access to the lake! Great view from the back deck overlooking a ravine and water. Everything was clean, cozy, and functioned as intended. Owner communicated well and was a gracious host!

I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here at the house! It felt like the house was a second home! Super super clean, the host was easy to get ahold of, and the community that the house is in, every one is super nice and helpful! The house had reasonable pricing and we book it last minute. We will 100% be back

The property in the house was clean.\n Although it said that there was coffee, water and drinks available, there was absolutely nothing there. No snacks, no water, no coffee. The air conditioning was not working. It was hot, very hot when we arrived. They did mention an internet issue, but that was Resolved the day we were, we're checking out and the air conditioning was supposed to be getting fixed also, but never happened while we were there. I don't believe in my honest opinion. Just being there for 2 days, if that was close to 700. That's way too much money. I think In my opinion other than that , the host anytime that I needed to speak with them, they were available.\nOther than the no air conditioning and internet if it was great

Hello Kasey. We are very sorry about the internet going out a couple of days before you got there. This messed with the Nest thermostat and continued to kick the system into eco mode at 82 sometimes & 75 others. I tried my best on the mobile app to continuously reset it to 70. We have since replaced the thermostat and add an emergency mini-split backup system to the property. The renters after you reported that everything worked great, so this won't happen again. I know the week you were there the area was in the high 90's so every time it would kick into eco mode it would take some time to lower the temp. Thanks and take care

We travels to Lake Cumberland for the 2026 High School World Finals Fishing Tournament and really enjoyed it! We found this house last minute and were very thankful for it! Price was very affordable, host was great, and the neighbors across the street are absolutely amazing!!! We would most definitely stay here again!
