Villa Madeira 303 beautiful 3BR condo directly on the beach stunning gulf views!

Nestled in Madeira Beach, this delightful condo boasts 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed with a twin pullout trundle. With 2 full bathrooms, the primary with updated shower, second bathroom with shower/tub combo, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Over 1100 square feet of living space provides ample room for all. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Beachfront screened in balcony provides plenty of seating and stunning views of the white sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax and watch the sunset! The balcony closet contains items such as beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, TONS of sand toys, an umbrella, pool floaties and pool noodles, frisbees and more so you can hit the beach upon arrival!

This condo is newly updated and comes fully equipped for all your needs. Kitchen has all large appliances, along with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, air fryer, and more. There is plenty of seating for meals with a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4.

Outside amenities include a heated pool with plenty of seating and an outdoor patio/picnic area. The building has both stairways and an elevator to make accessing the condo easy.

**Villa Madeira pool is newly remodeled and now open! Assigned parking spot for our condo is #125, and the parking garage is open. Renters should park in the assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in guest parking, and there is overflow parking across the street at the Church by the Sea parking lot. Condo comes with two parking passes, which should be displayed on vehicle dash.
The exterior of the building has recently been repainted in beautiful shades of blue and grey.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our condo is perfect for families. With a desk for a designated workspace and free Wi-Fi, our condo is ideal for those traveling for work. Lots of seating on the screened in balcony provides a great place for a #booktalk trip with friends and family

There is a lot to do around the area. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is about a 3/4 mile walk from the condo, and they have pay to park areas there too. Lots of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, and more. There are also many water sports and activities there such as jet ski rentals, dolphin watching boat tours, sunset cruises, parasailing, and more.

If you are interested in sports, there are lots of options in Tampa Bay, which is about a 45-minute drive from Villa Madeira. Tampa Bay Buccaneers football, Tampa Bay Rays baseball, Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, and Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer are all options!

For the thrill seekers, Busch Gardens in Tampa is the place to go, and located less than an hour's drive from Madeira Beach. Other family friendly places to go are Zoo Tampa and the Tampa Aquarium. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf is a 5-to-10-minute drive from the condo and lots of fun!

We had an excellent stay! The condo was exactly as promised. Very clean and up to date with every thing we needed. The balcony will have us returning as we watched every sunset. The property manager was friendly, provided detailed instructions and was prompt to answer a question. I can tell you honestly that we do not have one complaint. I can highly recommend the unit and we hope to be back. For future travelers, we spent most of our visit at John's Pass for restaurants, shopping a boat ride to Shell Key island.

I’ve been staying at Villa Madeira for YEARS and this was by far my favorite room. Not only did they have absolutely everything you’d need for a perfect beach day ( chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards ) they also had a fully stocked kitchen with a portable highchair. The property manager is also amazing and was so helpful. Already planning our next stay!!!

I enjoy golfing, reading, vacations on the beach, and spending time with my family. I like being a host because I love sharing our beautiful condo so many others can enjoy a fabulous beach vacation.

Why they chose this property

My family and I fell in love with Madeira Beach while vacationing there over spring break. The white sands of the beach are so beautiful, and the sunsets here are amazing. The close proximity of this property to John's Pass puts you within walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, and water activities.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is amazing! There are restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and much more within walking distance. Just 45 minutes from Tampa, which gives families the option to visit The Tampa Aquarium, Zoo Tampa at Lowery Park, or even take in a Tampa Bucs or Rays game. Busch Gardens is also located in Tampa for those looking for a theme park day. Being directly on the beach is the best part of our condo!
