Perfect

We rented a 2/3 garden view for Christmas and it was perfect and better than I even expected. Seamless at check-in. The room was perfect for my family of 4, it even had a partial ocean view! It had 3 balconies that we watched whales go by every morning. Bedrooms were great; main room had plenty of room for 7 nights, 2nd room had a queen or king bed and a queen pull out that was comfortable for a tall kid, living room and kitchen was a bonus to have a lot of extra room. Kitchen was everything you need; large fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove all the utensils & plates/bowls etc and a coffee maker you could program. The hotel has everything you need. I highly recommend.

Great property

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The room was bigger than expected, and the resort is beautiful. The location was ideal as well—walking distance to several restaurants, golf, and shopping at Whalers Villiage. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for week long vacation

We went with five of us but our group total was 13. The space was perfect for my family and enough to have over the whole group multiple nights for dinner and games. The hotel was perfect for kids and there was lots to do. The room is clean and well stocked for all our needs. I’ll definitely stay next time we go

Amazing property

We had an amazing time! The property and room(s) were pristine. The views were amazing and the location is incredible. Our kinds had an amazing time at the beach and all of the pools. The check-in process was a little clunky as the property owners name was on the reservation and I was never given that name. They had my name on the reservation but the hotel staff were a little confused asking if we were staying with the other party. This was the owner’s name, I am guessing but it would have been ideal to know that. I was nervous that we were arriving at 10 pm Hawaii time, couldn’t reach the property owner that late, and didn’t have a reservation that I knew was ours. The HomeAway confirmation number didn’t match the reservation number for the Marriott so it was a little tense for me for a moment. All worked out fine but the communication could have been better, on my part as well.

This property had a huge leak in the kitchen area. The floor was soaked. We notified the front desk and the problem was fixed and the staff sent someone to clean it up and dry it out. Left the blowers running all day. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of having a soaked wet floor or having cleaners there and running huge drying fans all day.
