This 4-bedroom 3 bathroom house is a perfect escape get away at Lake of the Ozarks in Linn Creek Missouri. Enjoy this private, peaceful, and spacious lake retreat inside and out. Outside has an upper deck with seating for 8 and a gas grill. Lower patio is screened in, a 55 inch TV, and seating for 8 as well. Kitchen offers a waffle maker, crockpot, and coffeemaker to use during your stay. Each bedroom has 2 wireless phone charging stations compatible with iPhone and Android phones. There is a max of 8 persons per stay unless previously approved. Conveniently located close to 7 Springs Winery, SuperSplash USA, and minutes away from Osage Beach and Camdenton. All of this is included in our welcome book, along with our favorite places around the Lake of the Ozarks. We hope you enjoy what our place and Linn Creek has to offer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you could start the dishwasher on your way out that would be greatly appreciated!
If you could start 1 load of towels/sheets that would be extremely helpful.
Please take all garbage to the dumpster at the entrance of the subdivision.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside quiet time is from 11pm to 8am.
No Trailer parking is allowed at the property.
Exceeding the 8 people limit will result in guest being asking to leave immediately with no refund.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. It was beautifully decorated and felt so cozy and welcoming. The space was very open and spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We especially loved the dock—it was the perfect spot to lay out and enjoy the water. The home had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made our stay comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back again!

Although this is a brand new rental property, I have had the privilege to be a host for the past 11 years. I have decided to move away from condo rentals and purchase a house. In my spare time, I enjoy coming to the lake year around. Sitting by the water, hearing the natures sounds, and enjoying all the amazing restaurants. I have really enjoyed getting to know the guest over the years. It is also fun to read everyone’s reviews that they write in the journal about where they are from, and their stay at my property.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property the moment I first saw it. The floor plan of the house was perfect and so spacious . It’s in a quiet community, and the house has an empty wooded lot on both side which provides so much privacy and peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

The floor plan is what makes this house perfect. Walk straight in from the carport to the kitchen. Plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep (upstairs, main floor, and basement).
