POOL right in front with open view to architectural front-facing villas across the way. The bathroom has a new wall-to-wall vanity with lots of counter space. Nice to have a full-size washer and dryer, SmartTV with Roku. Spacious patio with large grill. 3-minute walk Walgreens and the Bank, and across the street are restaurants, shops and Farmers Market on Wednesday. This is an interior villa, quiet and peaceful.
One guest must be 55+. This unit is a member of Green Valley Recreation Center, and you may purchase a pass for your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. TURN OFF the AC.
2. Put all food items and trash in bag and into the trash bin.
3. PUT SINK & TUB PLUGS ON ALL DRAINS. This is important.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. One Guest "must be age 55 or order" and register with HOA office with ID.
2. Information form with ID and license plate must be presented to the Management Office with $25 administrative fee.
3. All trash must tied in a bag before placing it in the dispenser in the back and lid closed shut to prevent animals from getting into it.

I chose this property for the location within the community, it looks out to the pool, not cars, is quiet, has a full size washer dryer and bathroom counter. And the best part is it's walkable to Walgreens, the bank, restaurants and Farmer's Market, all within a block.
