Another terrific stay at this condo. It’s very clean and comfortable and convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The first floor location is great and you can park right at the front door.

This was my second stay at this condo and it was just as good as the first time. Super clean and the host is so nice to work with. The condo is convenient to everything and the first floor location with lots of parking is definitely a plus.

This was a last minute booking and the host, Gloria, had everything ready for me when I arrived. The condo was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures. The furnishings are very nice and everything was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need for your stay. I will definitely book this condo again.

I am from the Hudson Valley in upstate NY. I enjoy the beach and traveling. My family consists of many talents and we love good music, good food, enjoyable company. My husband, Robert, is retired and an avid golfer.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is central to many attractions for vacations, it's one of our favorite spots. Little River is a quaint fishing town, surrounded by the Grand Strand beaches to the south and the Brunswick County beaches to the north. Every available vacation treat is minutes away: an abundance of golf courses, beautiful beaches, mini-golf and amusement rides for the kids; theaters and shows; fun and unique shopping centers, fabulous restaurants. You are in one of the golf and seafood capitals in this area of South Carolina, right on the North Carolina border.

What makes this property unique

This property is on the first floor of a peaceful and well-maintained condo complex. There are 3 swimming pools available at the facility. The condo is modern, newly decorated, and very well-equipped. There is a sunroom for your relaxing when your day is winding down; a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen. This location is central to anything visitors to the Grand Strand could want, and yet is minutes away from the crowded hotel areas.
