About the host

We are born and raised in Hawaii. We purchased the farm in 2016 and took over the Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel, dog and cat boarding. Eddie and I live upstairs and the rental is the entire downstairs. We love the area, it is beautiful and tranquil. We have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. We love meeting the guests.

We were awed by the serenity and beauty of this place. We love the off-grid living and are striving to be as self-sufficient as possible.
What makes this property unique
We are at down a scenic 2 mile dirt road. It is very private. There are no artificial lights and being at 1200 feet the night sky is spectacular.
