James was the perfect host, friendly and helpful during the booking and our stay in his wonderful apartment. You could feel that he cared about us and wanted us to have a good time. The apartment is very clean and new. We stayed 7 family members. The kitchen has everything you need. The staff at the pool and gate was very service-minded, so it actually felt like staying in a hotel. The view from the apartment was great and we had a wonderful time being in the center of Cucuta, we could walk to the Ventura, Malecon and spend the sunny hours in the pool. Right next to the reserva we had e.g. 3 bodegas and a fruit market. All in all one of my most positive travel experiences.
