With its iconic A-frame design, open and airy living space, fenced yard, fire pit, and spacious decks, this bright, beachy home invites you to relax, unwind, and make the most of life by the water.

● Location: Surfside Beach in Freeport, Texas



● Beach Access: The home is just one block away from Surfside Beach!



● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.



● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.



● Parking: There is room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.



Beachfront A-frame is a two-bedroom, one-bath home designed for easy, comfortable beachside living. The main floor welcomes you with an open living, dining, and kitchen area, where large windows and a sliding glass door frame wide-open views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto the deck to sip your coffee with the sunrise or enjoy dinner outdoors as the sea breeze rolls in.



The main-level bedroom offers a queen-size bed, with the bathroom located just across the hall. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes two full-size beds, a full-size futon, and an extra full-size bed tucked into a cozy lofted space — ideal for families or groups looking to spread out.



After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, gather around the fire pit, or kick back in the fenced yard. Located directly across the street from the beach in Surfside Beach, this home makes it easy to spend your days near the water, with Surfside Beach Jetty Park just a short drive away and the shoreline always within reach.



● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.



● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.



● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Excellent hosts, cute and cozy space, very convienent for veach access and beautiful views. Unfortunately, i have to rate 4/5 though. The rental agreement and information does warn against little critters, I used to live in a bay town, but experienced several little critters constantly in less than 24 hours. If they are able to get more control of the critters I would stay here again.

The property and location were very nice. I must say, the house itself was very cute and homey. Unfortunately, there were roaches all over the kitchen and they came out at night. It looks as though it has been an issue. We let the property manager know and they offered to send someone out to check it but we had already spent 3 hours killing all we could find. We have never had an issue like this in all of our stays. Very sad and should have been refunded part of our rental due to the inconvenience.

The cabin had recent updates but seemed like there were some steps skipped. The subfloors had several soft spots you could feel the floor press down when stepping around the front entrance. There was a roof leak and the upstairs light fixture started collecting water. Most important was the roaches. They were in everything. Someone put roach spray under the sink but the whole house needs exterminating. Roachs is drawers, cabinets and even some got on my wife while sleeping on the couch. Could be a nice place but they should have done better with the remodel and insect infestation. That kinda ruined the trip for us.

The property was very cute and my grandkids were very excited...we unloaded and went to walk the 2 minutes to the beach....unfortunately there is no beach 2 minutes away only a rock seawall with no beach...the beaches are a good 10 minute walk away...so with 2 kids and a dog i ended up having to rent a golf cart that was an extra cost...the horrible part was that evening when we went to cook dinner...roaches started coming out of the walks and from under the cabinets...not a few like they were walking on the stove as i was cooking and all over the counter top....the host did give me a credit but it did not even cover the cost of the golf cart...the place was clean i think the problem is the house is old and wood frame and the bugs are in the walls...also feel they should be more honest about the beach access

To start off positive. The house is updated nicely. The location is very good and has great views. Now the negative. The house had lots and lots roaches and insects. There was insect spray under the kitchen cabinet, so this is not something new. Also there was a card on the counter from the Pest Control Company that said "Sorry that we missed you". I don't know if it's the property managements responsibility or the owners to let the pest control company in to spray but someone dropped the ball and ruined our trip. We arrived at the property at 5 P.M. and sprayed the house with the insect spray under the kitchen sink and went to the beach. When we returned there were still lots of roaches and insects. Our 12 year old was sleeping in one of the upstairs beds and woke us up at 2 A.M. with whelps/blisters on their back and leg. We gave them Benadryl, packed up and left. What was supposed to be an end of summer 3 night family trip was ended in 11 Hours due to the insects in the house. I notified the management company as we were leaving, and they were supposed to let the owner know so hopefully they will get this issue resolved.
