- Good opportunities for individual and spontaneous excursions to explore the natural beauties of the island. (For example, it is always a great experience to visit one of many pristine waterfalls nearby for great hiking, picnicking and cool freshwater swimming too.)

- Easy access from Manila by domestic flight (approx. 45min) to Virac / Catanduanes

- Cheap transfer from Virac airport by scenic car or tricycle ride (approx. 25min) to your private accommodation by the sea.
