The Space:
Planning a family getaway, reunion with friends, or group trip to Colorado? This spacious and welcoming 5-bedroom home in Broomfield has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay—plus some unexpected perks that make it even better.

With over 5,500 square feet to spread out, there's room for everyone to settle in and feel at home. The king suite is a dream come true, complete with a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in closet. Two generous living areas mean you can hang together or give everyone a little breathing room. Upstairs, cozy up by the gas fireplace. Downstairs, the second living area is loaded with fun—a pool table, foosball table, massage chair, and even a full home gym for those who want to squeeze in a workout.

One unique aspect of the home is its décor—it features a collection of African game trophy heads mounted throughout the living spaces. This adds a distinctive, lodge-like feel to the home that reflects a unique and adventurous style.

Need to catch up on a little work? No problem—there’s a dedicated home office space so you can check emails while the kids bounce on the in-ground trampoline or play in the yard. In the evenings, gather on the patio and enjoy Colorado’s starry skies.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Broomfield, this home offers easy access to both Denver and Boulder, as well as quick routes to the mountains. You’ll find parks, trails, restaurants, and family-friendly activities nearby—everything you need for a relaxing, adventure-filled Colorado stay.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
