Casa Donato- Patacho- Rustic architecture of northeastern Brazil and southern France

The house is located 80 meters from Patacho Beach and its calm blue sea. In the middle of an extensive coconut grove and with few houses built the house has free view of the sea and coconut trees from its land.

The space

SPACE: 230 square meters are large and ventilated rooms and rooms. Three balconies to relax on hammocks, chairs or sofas.

COMFORT: ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING SPLIT. 2 of them have a double KING SIZE bed and the other 2 have 4 beds that can become double beds. There are two suites on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Its large windows and doors open onto balconies and coconut trees providing beautiful views and plenty of ventilation. When closed, the rooms turn into dark, cool and quiet places. There are 3 bathrooms with HOT SHOWER and a toilet in the ground floor room, as well as two showers outside the house. Large kitchen with 4 burner stove, refrigerator and all necessary utensils for those who like to cook.

ARCHITECTURE: The house is inspired by the rustic architecture of northeastern Brazil and southern France, using references ranging from hydraulic tiles, burnt cement, to the traditional blue of Provencal houses.
