3 Bed 3 Bath Quiet Lakeside Condo
M&L Vacation Rentals - We care about your safety! We clean and disinfect EVERY home before you arrive, and due to the coronavirus, we have added UV Disinfection, which uses special ultraviolet light to sanitize and kill germs. We use the same equipment and standards as schools, commercial kitchens, and hospitals, so you can be sure your rental is safe for you and your family! There is no price that can be put on peace of mind and the safety of your family while enjoying the luxury unit.
It is a very safe, pet-free neighborhood with shopping, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby. The grounds of the property used to be a golf course, so there are beautiful rolling green hills throughout the grounds, with ponds and lakes throughout. You can enjoy the amazing sunsets on the fully screened-in porch of the cottage.
Full Parking Lots/Extra Vehicles:
Depending on which direction you will be coming in from on Errol Parkway, you’ll either make a left or a right onto Golf Course Drive. Once turning onto Golf Course Drive from Errol Parkway, the “Errol Overflow Parking” is on the right hand side, just as you enter the street.
It is a large, parking lot with lots of trees/grass. There is a row that has a sign which states “ERROL OverFlow Parking”. All extra vehicles can be left here. Or, in the event that Lots A, B and C are full, which occurs frequently, you must park your vehicle in this Overflow Lot and walk to the unit. IT IS A GOOD DISTANCE FROM THE UNIT! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WALKING MIGHT BE NECESSARY! We try to emphasize that cars without the pass must be parked there overnight from 6PM-6AM to avoid towing! During day time hours though, you’re welcome to keep the extra vehicle up top without the pass!
There is NO handicapped parking available at this location. Handicapped spots are assigned to resident villas and CANNOT be used by our guests. YOU WILL BE TOWED! If you are towed for parking in an assigned spot or failure to display the parking pass correctly, M&L is NOT responsible for vehicle towing and recovery fees. If you are towed, you must contact MFSI Towing and Recovery at (407) 521-9411.
