Snow Canyon Escape is an 1812 sq. foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including 5 Smart HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan features quiet and private bedrooms, providing a comfortable retreat. Whether you're seeking relaxation or exploring the surrounding landscapes, you can unwind in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll discover a plethora of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling spots, along with breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Snow Canyon Escape at The Ledges! The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the little touches throughout the house made it feel extra welcoming.The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful.
