Small Detached House Of 60 M2 Situated In Koukourava, Makrinitsa In Pelion Mt.

Α cozy house for rent with large veranda, spectacular views. Furnished, 2 double beds (the one situated in the living room), kitchen, bathroom with shower, fire place with central heating, air condition, TV. Situated in Makrinitsa village and more specifically in Koukourava (one of Makrinitsa’s neighbours), at 3 minutes driving to Makrinitsa’s center and at 16 KM to the ski center of Hania. Approximately 10 minutes driving to Volos center.
The house is located on a traditional Pelion path about 150m walk from the main road.
The house has a magnificent view of the beautiful city of Volos and the sea and is close to Makrinitsa village center and to Portaria village, the ski resort of Chania and the Pagasitikos beaches. In Makrinitsa's central square there are small cafeterias, restaurants, mini markets and many gift shops with greek local products.
The Pelion mountain area is famous for its variety of dried herbs which are picked up with care. The visitor must not forget to visit and buy from here , dried herbs for various uses.
Car is recomended.
You can also hire a taxi from Makrinitsa or Volos city.
Makrinitsa has a well-earned second name: The Balcony of Pelion, for the visitor of its main square will be rewarded with a panoramic view of the city spreading out below at a depth of 600 meters. Beyond the captivating whiteness of the city lie the azure waters of the Pagasitikos Gulf in Pelion's loving, green embrace. Anyone planning a trip around the world in 80 days will undoubtedly include Makrinitsa on his list of stopovers.
The beautiful beaches of Pagasitikos bay are within easy driving distance (15-20 minutes) , while the exquisite beaches of the Aegean Sea are about a 50-60 minute drive .
Makrinitsa is gifted to be able to combine mountain and sea , crowded places and isolation , entertainment and relaxation depending on individual needs.
