Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #106 is in a great location - a few steps from town and a short walk to the gondola or the bus stop. If you plan to be out and about, this is a great place to be. It's not fancy - more of a beige box - but everything worked and management was wonderfully helpful as usual. We have stayed in several units at Aspen Alps. Others have better views more character. However, this takes the cake for location. We used the hot tub and pool every evening and it was a quick few steps from the back door. There were a couple things we weren't wild about: the kitchen isn't as functional as it could be. It was missing some essentials, like spatulas. It can really only hold one person at a time, and there were no spices, salt, pepper, etc. of any kind. We did a lot of cooking despite this and left some spices for the next occupants. (The grill is great!) The other downside is that the upstairs neighbors were noisy. One night they had a giant party and we could hear the yells, whoops, and pounding (dancing??) through the ceiling even with all the windows shut tight. Turning the humidifiers up high can drown some it out. All in all, if you plan to be out enjoying Aspen most of the time, it is a good location from which to do that and is very comfortable for a family of four.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect to walk to near by shops, bus, lift and places to eat. We went in fall so the fall colors were amazing. We checked in after office closed. They left keys and were super helpful. I asked for a roll bed and they came within 30 min to deliver. The condo was very clean. It had all the kitchen and bathroom items you would need. We were right by the pool which made it nice to walk to hot tub.

EVERYONE at Aspen Alps Condominiums were so helpful and friendly. I probably called them several times a day with a question or problem. They always handled the problem Quickly and graciously. Especially helpful were Greg, Ryan, Andrew, and Tim. Everyone we met in the city of Aspen was helpful and generous and friendly. one of the restaurants we would highly recommend is White House Tavern. We highly recommend staying at Aspen Alps condominiums.
