The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash to be taken to dumpster on Blackrock Dr. Dirty dishes to be put in dishwasher. Extra food/supplies to be removed before departure. (Extra fee may apply if excessive food is left behind.)
Late check out, if not approved, $100/hr. Grill to be cleaned/drip tray emptied. No Parties/No Smoking/Vaping of ANY kind in house/game room/garage . ($500 fee for extra cleaning/air purification).
Please make sure to lock all doors when you leave and leave the game room key on the pink camo lanyard hanging on the hook by the front door of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
