The room was beautiful- however when i booked the room the pic showed a room with 4 bunk beads and two king beds and that what i expected. We had 1king, 4 queen beds all together- we made it work but that was misleading. The facilities were nice however for the size of the complex the pool area is way too small. The lazy river is not wide enough and there is only a kiddy pool if you don’t want to go down the slide. There was a lady security guard that was harassing my teenage boys. I understand her job but she needs to lighten up. I’m a strict parent and they knew how to act. Considering there is not a life guard on duty - shouldn’t it be swim at your own risk in a sense. She made the fist day for my kids and myself a nightmare. The other security guards were so nice and we enjoyed them. My directions to the condo were wrong i was sent to 533 west and then was trying to determine the name of the property. Considering there are so many Phoenix properties it was frustrating at 9pm while exhausted from traveling all day.
