Why they chose this property
Best neighborhood in Coyoacan which is the best spot in CDMX!!
What makes this property unique
"This is a beautiful, unique and meaningful place. It is like the early days of airbnb, when it was about community and sharing personal spaces and not about soulless commercialized rentals."
"We had an amazing stay at Davi's place in Coyoacán! The location was perfect--walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants while still feeling like we were able to enjoy a more residential and less touristic part of the neighborhood. Davi was a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable host. We had everything we needed during our stay and loved how immediately we felt at home in the space. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a return trip to CDMX!"
“Of all of the many MANY Airbnb’s I have stayed at, David’s was one of the best! Great working class neighborhood with shops, a delicious family run Taqueria (and even a McDonald’s if you’re Jonesin for junk food). Lots of shops, Easy and very safe neighborhood to navigate.
The house is located in an alley with these amazing frescos and colors on all the buildings. You enter through a locked gate and all the neighbors we ran into we’re always super sweet. The house is rústico with wooden beams, tiles, an amazing rooftop terrace for wine by the fire pit (David even kept is well stocked with wood), a washing machine and lots of plants. The rooms are all comfortable with great ventilación and blankets should you get chilled. The kitchen is very well equipped. David lives close by so is always available without being intrusive. He has two adorable dogs that love to come visit should you need some puppy love. I could go on but I’m running out of room. Stay here- you won’t regret it!”
