Our home is designed with universal accessibility, making it highly wheelchair-friendly. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac, providing both privacy and easy access to nearby amenities. You’ll find an empty single-car garage that can fit a small vehicle, plus a spacious driveway and ample street parking.
Guests have full access to the entire property to make themselves at home.
This space is ideal for families, couples, and business travelers alike. We welcome dogs as long as their owners are well-trained!
To maintain a comfortable, smoke-free environment, we ask guests to respect our no-smoking policy anywhere on the property. Please Note: The house does not have cable TV, but we offer a Roku box for all your streaming needs.
Thank you for considering our home as part of your journey. We’re excited to welcome you! Kind Reminder!! Check out is 11:00 am. Our cleaning staff is scheduled to arrive at approximately 11:15 am.
On arrival, should anything appear damaged or out of order, please take a photo and message us immediately.
Basic House Rules No smoking (vaping included) on the property. Pets CANNOT stay unattended in the house or the backyard, if you are leaving, please take them with you.
No parties/gatherings/etc - Our expectation is that you rented the home for the number of adults/kids you indicated when making the reservation. Please communicate with us any alterations in advance. We do report violations to the booking platform.
Parking The garage is not for vehicles. Please park a single car in the carport or driveway and any larger vehicles on the side. If you have a “leaker”, park on the street. Please avoid parking on the road.
Things to Know -The front of the home is under video surveillance. -We do not provide the code for the door between the garage and carport. You can leave this way and press ‘lock’ on the deadbolt to secure the home. To return you will need to enter through the front door. - Be mindful of locking door handles to the front door except when you are at home. Deadbolts only. - The backyard is on an auto watering system. Typically 3 times a day for 5 minutes depending on the season. Backyard lights come on at dusk for 3-4 hours. - Yard maintenance typically happens on Thursday or Friday. Please have dogs inside or tied to leash during his stay as the gate often stays open. He’s usually done in 30 mins. - WiFi is reliable but if it needs to be rebooted, you can message us. We can do it remotely sometimes. - Trash pickup is on Monday.. So we ask our guest staying over night on Sunday`s to please take the bins to the road as a courtesy and in hopes to not inconvenience the next set of guests potentially checking in that following week with a full trash bin. If this is not something anyone in the party can physically accomplish during the stay please reach out to us directly so we can facilitate the maneuver. - The fridge offers filtered water. The previous owners (who we established a great relationship with ) were drinking the faucet water for 30 years. - You are welcome to use the BBQ. If the propane is low or runs out during your stay the easiest solution is to go down the street to exchange it either at the gas station (7th St and Greenway) or The Home Depot (21st St and Bell), snap a picture of the receipt and we will happily reimburse the cost. ( My wife and i live about 20 minutes away, have 2 young children, so our response time is definitely not as efficient as a reimbursement ) That being said please enjoy the amenity and communicate if there are another other issues, and please be advised we do expect you to clean any remnants of your cooking.
Televisions - All remotes should be working and are labeled. We’ve invested in what we believe is a good system, paid a pro to set it up, seen it work, and tried to bolt down the plugs, connections, presets, etc. Fixing it or even offering phone advice is not our forte. You can message during regular hours but please lower your expectations. Truly, please do not alter the cables, etc.
Emergencies -The fire extinguisher is to the left of the family room TV on the wall. - In the event of a water leak, the entire house can be shut off with the valve that is just beyond the front porch against the garage wall. Contact us please.
Heat & Air Condition - As explained in the App profile, The A/C can not be set below 73 degrees. (we do get notifications remotely if it drops below this temperature, and will address accordingly) The A/C just can not handle it when the temperatures are too high. If this poses a problem please contact us ASAP so we can discuss.
We definitely appreciate those who reset the a/c to a temperature that minimizes power when you leave for more than a few hours during your stay.
If the a/c fails (and it will if it never shuts off) it will be almost impossible to get a repair person inside 2-3 days. They are way way too busy. Pretty please be respectful :-)
***Please note that our AC will shut off if it detects the windows or doors are open for a prolonged period of time.***
Deliveries It`s probably 50/50 if any packages you decide to have sent to you will arrive on time. Feel free but we get packages, often, weeks after they were expected.
Doggy Duties Please dispose of dog poop on a frequent basis and ESPECIALLY on departure. We have provided a dog bed and we ask you please avoid pets getting on the bed comforters. We include a couch cover if we know you have pooches, if it is not on the sofa, please let us know. Feel free to use the hair roller in the cabinet. Same for carpet stains. Please avoid leaving dog food out too long as it attracts insects. ** As mentioned at the beginning of the House Manual--Pets CANNOT stay unattended in the house or the backyard, if you are leaving, please take them with you!***

Very nice place for the price. A tremendous amount of room, excellent amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, excellent location to get all around the valley easily.
Very clean and spacious place! And what a great value for the money too! It was perfect for my family for Spring Break during Spring Training! We would definitely recommend this place and stay again if we’re ever in the area!
Home is in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Furnishings are all very comfortable. Two full baths and very plush towels were very much appreciated as they are often missed by other properties. Surprisingly large back yard. It will be the first place we look for when we travel to the area again. 5 stars.
My wife and I came down from Cochrane, Alberta for the Scottsdale auctions and we spent 3 nights. What a great little house, perfect for the two of us and it could of easily accommodated another couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely located close to all major car auctions which we were there to enjoy. We plan to be back again next year and we hope to stay here again. Thanks so much.Doug and SherryCochrane, Alberta
We needed a place to stay in Phoenix to help with our toddler grandson while his parents were at the hospital. This was the perfect place for that. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out. The backyard was safely fenced for our two little pups. The location is in close proximity to restaurants and other necessities. Communication was quick and easy with our host, Zack. We will definitely stay again if the occasion arises!

So, this house is lovely. It's located in a nice and convenient area. Plenty of space for hanging out and cooking and everything. But I was a disappointed for a few reasons.1) We selected it due to the whole 'pet friendly/huge yard' thing, but found it to not be very pet friendly. The binder of instructions left included notes like not allowing the pets on the furniture and not allowing them to be left alone in the house (I'm supposed to bring my dog to dinner and a show with me?). The note about not allowing the dog in the bed made me a little concerned that the linens might not be cleaned between guests. In addition, the lawn was in desperate need of a mowing. This wouldn't be a big deal usually, but their sprinklers were on so high that there were actual mud puddles during a sunny week in August, meaning our dog was tracking water everywhere and had to be cleaned off before coming inside. In my mind, proper lawn maintenance and cleaning of linens are the responsibility of a "pet friendly" owner.2) Communication/hosting. The owners fully forgot we were staying there; he admitted that much on the phone to me. I had to call for instructions for entry when we were thirty minutes out; I'm used to receiving that at least a day in advance if not a week. I think this is probably also why the lawn hadn't been mowed. It was just frustrating feeling like an afterthought when I'm paying to stay somewhere.

Nice quiet location and plenty of room. Big backyard for sitting and pets. Host is slow communicating. But overall cost effective and worth staying at.
