This very comfortable home is decorated in grand style, rebuilt in 2012 with every detail updated! High vaulted ceilings, artfully decorated with lots of room for socializing. The master bedroom has french doors to the patio, a walk-in closet and generous ensuite bathroom. Ideal central location just steps to the Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-car and Heritage LRT, Chinook Mall. Short drive anywhere. Grand piano and Air Conditioning!
The Space
The house is bright and has an open feeling with the high ceilings. Lots of sofa area and well-suited for entertaining. The back patio is a perfect place to spend the summer days, and relax in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Bicycles available, with many great bike paths nearby.

Keyless entry 24 hours via doorcode. The full space is for your use. Owner is generally available and accommodating if you have special requests about groceries, breakfast, airport pickup, or anything at all that would make your stay more pleasant!
Other Things to Note
This listing is for whole home. Suggested up to 8 guests, but could sleep more using queen sofabed (quite comfy), and spare mattresses. Once hosted 18 people for a youth basketball tournament, and everyone had a comfortable sleep.

The property is on a quiet street but close to a major road. There was ample parking. The house was clean, well maintained and we had a very relaxing stay
We had familty from out of town and wanted a space to gather for food, drinks, hot tubbing and playing games and guitars. This was perfect! Great communication and easy checkin and property was exactly as promised.
Our dragon boat team members stayed as part of the Calgary festival, perfect location to North Glenmore park.
Lots of room to spread out in house, and owner was very communicative, flexible and reasonable!
Excellent location, space for all, clean and everything we needed within walking distance.
Recommend to anyone who needs to sleep plenty of people and centrally located within walking distance to
C Train & Buses.
Great time had by all.
The house is of a good size and accommodated our large friends group with ease. The neighbourhood is quiet and the heritage lrt station is an 8 minute walk away. Hot tub was well cared for and a nice plus for the evening around the house.

We required a home away from home while dealing with renovations. This homeowner was helpful and even extended our stay.
We had a family gathering for our father’s memorial. This home gave us 4 bedrooms w 3 bathrooms. 2 kitchens, and a nice area in the
Backyard to gather at night. We even used the hot tub a little bit which was really nice to unwind with after a couple of tough days.
There’s great access to McLeod Tr and all the eateries around there. Also close to downtown and 17th ave if you want a little more action.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a similar place to stay in the city of Calgary

Chance is a Superhost. He is easy to communicate and very generous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there even condiments,spices,tea,coffee,sugar. Overflowing of supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning solutions.
The place is very welcoming. Very organized and very clean and quiet. The place is in central location. Very convenient to everything.

This was a perfect location for the 10 me of my family to congregate from all over the world.
Easy access to the C-train. Quiet neighbourhood while at the house. Modern decor. Dining opportunities are very easy to get to. Location was great for us to do the Stampede and also Spruce Meadows. Would certainly do this again - could not have imagined trying it in a hotel. Plenty of supplies for bathrooms, kitchen amenities. Great contact at all times.

We were in Calgary for a family wedding we had a big group and ended up having a lovely stay at this place.. four bedrooms with very large king size beds. It was very much as advertised and then some. Chase left us a lovely spread so we didn't have to shop that night for breakfast the following day. The onion bagels were lovely also left us milk orange juice coffee and was kind enough to put coffee cream in the fridge for us when we arrived. He was very quick to answer any of our questions of which we didn't have many. The other thing that was remarkable it had six TVs one in each bedroom as well as one on each floor in the living area. This is a really great space if you are a big group. We were six adults and we had more than enough room. It could easily handle that. I certainly would recommend it

Chance was very easy to communicate with. He answered all of our questions and was super efficient at responding.
The house was perfect for our ladies get away. Chance made sure to put out an extra mattress to accommodate us and there was plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone which was fantastic!
He even provided us with a few basic groceries he’s which was a very unexpected, and pleasant surprise.
The requirements for clean up were very simple and less than what has been required of me at other places I’ve stayed.
The property is located very close to Chinook shipping centre and other nearby amenities. It was a great location.
When we left I left behind a few belongings and chance was quick to find them and make arrangements to get them back to me. I would absolutely stay in this home again or any property offered by Chance. Thanks for your hospitality.
Everything about our stay was perfect! Family of 8 and we stayed comfortably and happily. This place is close to everything. Kids loved the hot tub! Lots of on street parking, even for visitors. Highly recommend this property!
This property was excellent for our visit to Calgary. The host was very generous and checked in on occasion to ensure everything was ok. Chance answered any questions we had in a very short period of time. We appreciated having the use of a barbeque and the back yard. The house was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for 6 adults. The neighbourhood was quiet and very close to shopping, with easy access to some main traffic arteries in Calgary. We would stay again if the need arose. Chance is a Superhost for sure.
We were a group of 9 adults, and the house was an excellent size and layout for our needs. The owner was very accommodating with any requests we had and a very nice gentleman who made communication very easy. . The location was close so to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, takeout, and even a dispensary. We would rent here again.

Nice, modern updated home in a central location in calgary. more than enough room for my family of 6. the owner was very responsive and helpful to any of our requests. i would recommend this property for anyone traveling with a family into calgary.
Lots of room for us. We were 8 and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Lots of room to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the living area and kitchen. I recommend this home for a big group. It was very easy connecting with the property manager.
My family and I (6 adults and 1 toddler, 18 mos. old) felt right at home. Great home to entertain, especially with 2 bedrooms downstairs. Our toddler was able to sleep with loud company upstairs; downstairs rooms are virtually sound proof.

Spacious and well located

This house was home to me and my girls from 2008 to 2018. They are grown and moved out now, and the entire home has been renovated top to bottom twice. First by choice. Then by fire. The second renovation was a complete rebuild from the concrete walls. Everything was done right! Very proud of my home and I hope you enjoy your stay here. Don't hesitate to ask if there's anything I can do to make your stay the best ever.
