I can't say enough about this fantastic host and property! Quintasia is absolutely wonderful. She has thought of everything you may need and forget to bring during your stay. She is very communicative and responds to messages quickly. The home (and it is definitely a home and not just a house) is fully stocked with all the things you didn't realize you needed in your home away from home. It is located in a quaint neighborhood with easy access to all that the area has to offer. We were there visiting family living in the same neighborhood, only a short walk away. It was a perfect location! We spent time in Fredericksburg and Richmond, which are an easy drive away. The home has very comfortable furniture and beds. The large living room, with a huge TV for movie watching, is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The beds are super comfortable. We didn't use the children's room, but if you need it, it would be perfect with the toddler beds with waterproof mattresses and the crib. Parking was very convenient with a private driveway and a huge garage that fit my GMC Yukon XL easily. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our VA family!
