This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium features a living/dining room area, kitchen, central H/A, and cable TV. Onsite amenities include parking and an elevator. These Oceanview condos are sure to surpass your family’s needs and expectations. • There are tons of restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the beach just to name a few plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.
• If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.
• One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

• Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!

Comfortable condo, close to town and restaurants, 2 blocks to the beach and covered parking. The place is super clean, well appointed, and a very large bathroom.

Great location ! Place was clean perfect location . We celebrated my birthday and had never stayed in surf city so close to the attractions. Not only was it close to everything it was quiet we had a great time. Only thing we did not like was parking spots were not guaranteed and this was worrisome but we did not encounter any major issues

The apartment was perfectly furnished - very beachy! Everything we needed was included. Great location with every kind of business nearby. Never had to get in the car to go for dinner - lots of choices. Cannot say anything bad about the place. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay

The place was clean, the complex was quiet, and the beach was amazing. We loved the unit we stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and utensils you need to make anything you desire. Wish we could've stayed longer. Never could find the wifi signal, so had to tap off my phone the whole time. But other than that, everything was amazing.

Great location and very well stocked

It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and Surf City. The apartment was well supplied and more than met our needs. We were only two people but you easily could have had 6 people. The kitchen had ample supplies and equipment. The sleeping may have been tight as the bedroom with the trundle bed is small. But the sleep sofa in the living room would work well.

Jace Birthday weekend

We just enjoyed the condo in surf city. I’ve been in North Topsail, and Sneads Ferry for holiday in the past. My son Jace loves to surf so I decided to stay in surf city. The location was perfect we were able to walk around for food and the beach was very close walk from the condo. I sat on the porch every morning for coffee to clear my mind and think about how much we were blessed to have this beautiful space. The location had a great view of the ocean.. I’m planning to visit again soon, Thank you

Great beach access

While the property was a little smaller than I expected, it still worked out great for us. We were a family of four, and it was very tight. It was very close to beach access though, and very clean and nice. It had all the things we needed in the unit, and we had no issues while we were there. This particular unit had an awesome shower and great bathroom. Parking was easily available under the building, and it was easy to walk to the Pier and local shops and restaurants.

We stayed in unit #10. All I can say, is, outstanding! Really felt homey. We had a great time and really appreciated the beach walk very close. Sunsets were spectacular and the shell finds were amazing. The unit was extremely clean. Must bring your own beach towels and soaps. Parking was convenient. If your a fudge lover, you must try the Fudge store only a block away. Thanks, Bethany and Jordyn. You ladies worked very hard to accommodate our needs.

Awesome experience

The apartment was absolutely what we needed so we could move our daughter into her new house. It was extremely clean and inviting. The check-in process after hours was extremely easy. The only minor (and it was really minor) issue we had was the second bedroom was lacking sheets on the bed, but it took a whole five minutes to find them and put them on. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Convenient and quiet, perfect for a family stay

We stayed here with our two young children during a recent beach trip. The property is quiet and convenient, with ample parking available. The elevator also made our arrival and departure easy. We loved how close this was to the beach access and other family go-to’s like shopping and ice cream were just a short walk from the door.

Very conveniently located Can walk anywhere. Even across bridge Very short walk to beautiful white sand beach and fishing pier. Can see water from tall chairs on front porch Lovely sunrises. Great Location!

Great location. Great view from the balcony. Close enough to all the local restaurants and the beach that we walked everywhere. Only downside was parking under the condo was pretty tight for my husbands full size truck. Anyone in a bigger vehicle may want to look into parking elsewhere. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location! Walk to restaurants, shops, and of course the beach! Minutes to Publix, Walmart, Gilligan's, and The Salty Turtle. Definitely would stay here again.
