About this property

IXORA, St. Croix, US. Virgin Islands

Ixora - a guest house of a beachfront property in the East end of St. Croix. The expansive deck looks at the Caribbean Sea and BUCK Island. The two bedrooms offer ocean views/breezes. A spacious living room & Kitchen has everything you need for any length of stay. Shower in the upstairs bathroom or outdoor shower. IXORA is on Solar, you always have power. Close to restaurants: Duggins, Sausage Shack, Castaways, Ziggy's. Private beach access.

This is a two-story beach house, with a large deck and unobstructed views. There is Air Conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms. The rest of the home does not have A/C; there are screens along the stairs and two glass sliding doors. It is hot in the summer months: June - Oct. In the "season" it is perfectly comfortable with sea breezes and lower temps. The season runs from Nov - April, but you can visit the island year round for vacation time There is an interior bathroom with shower and a huge double-person outdoor shower.
You have a separate private path to your own beach section with four Adirondack chairs. For long term stay please inquire - we are happy to discuss monthly stays June, July, August , September 2025.
