We had an ok stay. We liked being in Norco and able to walk onto the trail. The house management did not provide enough towels, cloths, and such for our stay. There's not enough glassware either. The pictures look great, but the house does not live up to them. The yard is overgrown with tumbleweed and you wouldn't want to spend time in it.

We really wanted to love this place, but it wasn’t a great experience—especially for a larger group. The home was not very clean when we arrived, and we found bugs in the entryway, kitchen, and even in a couple of the beds. For a group stay, the house just wasn’t equipped: only five towels were provided, no hand towels, and the kitchen didn’t have enough cookware or plates for the number of guests it can host.We also discovered that the washer and dryer weren’t hooked up properly. When we tried to do laundry, water sprayed everywhere, and we had to use the few towels provided to clean it up before spending 17 at a laundromat. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive or helpful with any of our requests, even after being notified about the issues.There are some positives to the listing, but if you’re traveling with a group or expecting a well-equipped, clean stay with a responsive host, I’d recommend considering other options.

Ultimate Relaxation Destination for Your Vacation!We paid approximately 1,200 expecting a clean and ready-to-use property. Upon arrival, the home was not in the condition we expected.The bathrooms appeared unclean, kitchen utensils had visible food residue, and the bedding had hair and stains. There were no clean towels available, and the showers did not drain properly. The backyard also appeared to be poorly maintained. Additionally, we observed earwigs inside the home during our stay.We contacted the host shortly after arrival to report these issues. We also reached out to Vrbo for assistance. While communication was initiated, the issues were not resolved during our stay.Overall, the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing.Date of arrival – March 06, 2026 Reservation ID: #HA-BMN3NF
