The house has most everything you’d need. Grateful to have a pet friendly option. The proximity to the freeway made for a loud environment, but the home was adequate for our short stay.

Great house! Everything is clean and brand new. The host was very responsive to my questions. Would highly recommend it. The only note to keep in mind is the location. The house is close to highway and there is some noise from the highway, but it was ok.

Plans for seeing family for Thanksgiving Holiday. We arrived Thanksgiving night. We were in the driveway to the property and could not get in to rhe home. Host would not answer questions from the App due to it being monitored. Called host phone number...was pushed to voicemail selveral times. Got a text message saying house was sold. Had to find a hotel on Thanksgiving night with a pet!!! No warning until arrival and sitting in the driveway Thanksgiving night!!! Never rent from this host!!! They told VRBO that the rental was canceled due to renters age restrictions....see host response to me in photos below....terrible host!!!!

This newer house had comfortable/clean furniture and clean, toilets, sinks, and floors. Communication through VRBO was slow at first, but they were responsive to phone calls. I had to request the door code on the day of check-in, and the code provided didn’t match the description of what I should expect from a unique code. Upon arrival, I noticed a few issues and informed the property manager, but they only responded after we left four days later. Most of the issues were minor and could be easily addressed.

Nice and clean, could use a few small tweaks

The house is quite new, and is in a neighborhood that is quiet other than proximity to the freeway. The house was CLEAN, which is great. WiFi worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again. The only area for some small improvements is in the details that make it feel a bit more like you are in a home, not a bare bones short term rental. No bedside table or lamp in two of the bedrooms. Kitchen could use a few more cooking tools, hot pads. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, but no hand towels. And the coffee maker didn’t work. Just little things that contrasted with the excellent condition of the property.
