Spacious penthouse apartment with an excellent view to the city in the central part of Baku. Lots of light, lots of space, on two top floors of the building. Located opposite the newly created Central Park, close to Icheri Sheher (Old City), Drama Theatre and Hyatt Regency. Easy to get around. This apartment is unique for its type in Baku. It could comfortably accommodate a large group that would otherwise need to book 3 or 4 rooms in a hotel. Narimanov avenue is one of the major transport arteries of the city, and the location offers one of the best views to the city from the top of Baku amphitheater.

Great vacation in Baku

This property is amazing. It's huge and just as pictured. Everyone was helpful, security was great and location is excellent.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Baku. Das Appartment befindet sich im obersten Stock eines zehnstöckigen Hauses über 2 Etagen verteilt. Von den großzügigen Balkonen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Die vier großen Schlafzimmer befinden sich im unteren Teil der Wohnung, oben ist die Küche und der Wohnbereich angesiedelt. Paterre befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen im Haus ,der durchgehend geöffnet hat. Die nächste Metrostation (Nizami) ist ca. 500m vom Haus entfernt und gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Bus hält vor dem Haus. Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen.
