The check in requirement was not sent till we landed that day. The key fob had to be picked up over a mile away from the apartment and was at a 7-11 store. The apartment was woefully under supplied for everything including tableware and pot and pans. No coffee maker. The freezer leaked constantly into the refrigerator. The knife set was dull and knife’s bent no dishwasher detergent. One surface burner didn’t work. No smoke detectors (all removed from ceiling). No instructions left for us upon arrival to tell us where and how things work in the apartment The best thing about this rental was the location very convenient to everythingNot worth the cost!!!
