The mini pool is a small, shallow lounge pool designed for relaxing, not swimming.

Parker temperatures can exceed 120°F in summer, and pool water may be warm. Water temperature cannot be adjusted.

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and river.

Minimum age to rent: 25

No parties or events — this is a family-friendly vacation home.

Exterior security cameras are present for safety.
