Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. Prospect is a urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants and retail stores.
This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space sleeps up to four people. It was constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Check-in was a breeze we arrived and entered with the code they had assigned in advance. The carriage house looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and supplied with everything you could possible need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Walking distance to a park, and a restaurant.The Rocky Mountains were within an hours drive. So much to do. Communication was fast and easy. We enjoyed our visit and if we visit Colorado again we would definitely stay at the carriage house.

Our stay was wonderful! Check-in was easy and smooth. The carriage was clean and nestled in a really nice little urban community with a park and a great area to go for a walk. Our hosts were very communicative and thoughtful! We were welcomed with a goodie bag and there were lots of toys and books for kids of all ages in the home. My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend this property. Very clean easy check in and the neighborhood has coffee breakfast and many other shops within walking distance. One of the best places I have booked so far. If you are in the longmount area don't missed this place well worth it.

I loved staying at this carriage. It had everything I needed and was neat and clean. The big windows were awesome to let in a lot of natural light and open up for a breeze. The bed was very comfortable as well. I would recommend this place and I will be staying there when I am in the area.
