Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Late checkout after 10 AM costs $80/hour, plus $20 per 10 mins after 1st hour. Latest checkout allowed is 1 PM.
▸Please tidy up—excess mess may incur a $75/hour cleaning fee. ▸Take out trash & load dishwasher (no dirty dishes in sink, please). ▸Place used towels on bathroom floor; stripping beds is optional.
▸ Lock all windows/doors & log out of streaming accounts. ▸ Return board games/remotes. ▸ Lock up & check for belongings. ▸ Let us know if checking out before 10 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By booking, you agree to treat the home with care. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Noise violations may lead to eviction with no refund.
Check-in is 5 PM, check-out 10 AM. No parties, loud music, or filming. No smoking or drugs—$500 fee if violated.
Shoes off indoors. Only registered guests allowed—extra guests $50/night. ID and rule agreement required after booking.
