Please leave the 8 beach badges on the kitchen table. if any are missing, it is $100 charge.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.

Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. When using the grill clean after use $50 cleaning fee will occur. Must be 25+ to rent

Jim was a great host for a great property. The pictures lived up to actual property. It was the perfect property for an extended weekend visiting family. Plenty of restaurants in the nearby area. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend.
