The home is beautiful, spacious, in a lovely neighborhood, and very conveniently located. We lived in the screened in back porch and fenced in yard. We rarely left the property as we came to visit my son stationed at Fort Bragg so utilizing the games available and the large kitchen suited our agenda perfectly. Percy is the nicest most accommodating person I have ever interacted with. We struggled a little with the house alarm and he had help at the door within minutes. We live in Ohio so Fayetteville is a trip we make as often as we have the opportunity. Percy is hands down our favorite host!!
We did bring our soldier’s very old dog to surprise him. They hadn’t seen chatter in over a year. Percy was very gracious and accommodating. That meant more to us than we could ever say.

My husband and 2 other men from our ministry rented this home while they were in Fayetteville for a Men’s Annual Conference. They preferred a place that they could fellowship and engage instead of being in a hotel in separate rooms. They said they were totally pleased, comfortable & everything they needed was accessible. They said they would use the home again. The host Percy was very timely & responsive.

Percy, our host, was just awesome. His communications with us were great from very beginning to just before arrival with check-in instructions. He even allowed a change in arrival date from original reservation.The property was excellent and clean and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly. It gave us a comfortable place to relax and we all slept well both nights after the events surrounding my Mother's 100 birthday. Highly Recommended!
