Family Trip

We stayed here for a week with our children and grandchildren. The location was amazing - one block from the town square and a short walk to the beach. It was ideal with a toddler and two babies. It was so close we could go to the beach several times a day for a short stay and run back to the house if we needed something. The house was spacious and beautiful! Communication was seamless.

Just stayed at this place and all I can say is WOW.

We have friends who live in Fort Walton about an hour away and they were very impressed as well. Service is above par and the home was exactly what we needed. Hours by the pool, very quick walk to the green then the beach. If have any hesitations about renting this place, go for it. You won't be disappointed. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful home with so much space. Location is phenomenal. Hollie & Joy are attentive and responds quickly to all communication. Our favorite part was the free bonfire! I highly recommend this property and 30a Beach Girls!!! Worth every penny.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Rosemary Beach! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants. The pool area was a favorite spot for relaxation and fun. While the home was slightly outdated like many in Rosemary Beach, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. A highlight of our stay was the free bonfire 30A Beach Girls treated us to—it was a hit with both the kids and adults alike! Overall, we would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

Conveniently located home steps to beach and all of Rosemary Beach

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone, 12 in our group during meals and sleep. The location is fantastic, with the beach just steps away - truly amazing! We were conveniently close to all the activities on our to-do list, including La Crema, Pardis, and fantastic shopping spots! Easy check in, keyless and communication was always immediate with hosts at 30a beach girls. We didn't end up using the pool, but the backyard is very nice and would be prefect for entertaining and lounging by pool. While some furniture show signs of wear and tear and could use replacement, overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would return.

Incredible home & exceptional hostess! I booked the house for my executive team and they were EXTREMELY happy with it. The house had plenty of space for the team to function and collaborate, including private bedrooms that were beautifully outfitted and comfortable. Everything about this home was thoughtfully done to maximize your experience, including grocery delivery, jeep at the airport and a bonfire ALL included with our trip. What a gem! This will be our go-to for my family and future trips. Thank you Hollie & Daisy for everything! Can't wait to schedule the next one!

We stayed here for our son's wedding, and he was a few doors down, it was perfect and wonderful. Joy and Hollie were amazing and helpful every time with a great attitude! The parking and security were challenging at times. One of the guards was really pretty rude unnecessarily. Multiple people in our group experienced it and commented. Others were ok. One of our cousins left because of all the parking harassment on his street. I had to go and try to straighten things out. Anyway, the house and pool were great. Some furniture could use a refresh it's pretty worn but everything was very clean. For this price I would expect to not have cheap hotel amenities little bottles of garbage thankfully my wife used 30a beach girls shopping option for real product. Beaches were not over crowded the beach attendants are not helpful. Would rent again.

We loved the location and the home was very well stocked and beautifully furnished. Its comfortable and in the heart of RB. Our only issue is there was a worker in the back area by the pool working 4 days out of 6 days we were there. He was painting fencing. We were not notified from the property manager that someone would be working and because of the fumes were unable to use the pool for 4 days out of 6. This also created no privacy at the property. I called the agency every day and they told me that they had no one scheduled to work so it wasn't until the 4th day that they acknowledged that "yes" the person was affiliated with the property. It really put a damper on our stay and days later the manager hasn't reached out to return my calls about the stay. It was unfortunate and we were unable to use the pool area because the man was out there working 20 feet from the pool.Would like the manager to return my calls on this.The property is great, location is fantastic-but they shouldn't be doing nonessential work when you have the property rented---especially when they had extra unoccupied days, they offered to sell me at the end of our trip.My husband and I currently own and operate 3 vacation rental properties, and we do not schedule routine maintenance to our properties when they are rented. This is common courtesy.
