This unit is newly finished as of July 2025! Nestled just one block from the vibrant Rockville Town Square, Buck’s Place offers the perfect escape for couples or a small family. This charming studio retreat features a comfortable queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa, ensuring plenty of room for relaxation. A spacious bathroom adds convenience, while the fully equipped kitchen—with a stove and refrigerator—makes dining in a breeze. For entertainment, enjoy a 60” smart TV with access to your favorite shows and movies. Whether you're here to explore local shops, indulge in delicious dining, or simply unwind, the prime location offers it all within walking distance. Plus, with heating and air conditioning, you’ll feel at home no matter the season. Buck's Place is the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and charm—perfect for your next getaway! ****Please note that the front siding is being replaced at this time. Should it not be finished when you arrive, it will not affect your stay and we will not work on it while you occupy the space.****

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Text host when you leave. Remove all trash and place in the provided bins outside. Do not strip the beds or roll up the linens. Wash and put away all used dishes and kitchen amenities.
Close windows/doors and lock exterior doors.
SUMMER: Turn AC to 80 degrees.
WINTER: Set the heat to 60 degrees.
Turn off all TVs, lights and fans. Secure all additional external doors. Be sure the main door is closed behind you when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

With 3 State Parks, two lakes, a lively courthouse square and many other small town amenities throughout, we are certain you’ll love your time here.
We own and operate both Sandusky Properties and Sandusky Repair. Neysa is the director of Parke County Incorporated, a local organization that operates the Visitors Center and coordinates the Parke County Covered Bridge festival (along with many other events). Cullen works full time managing the shop. We love spending time with our daughter Harlynn and we enjoy being involved in the community as members of many local organizations.
