Entrance level is 2 steps from the ground and includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, one bedroom (queen) and full bathroom.

Second level contains a bedroom (queen bed), open loft area with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer in the unit. Private patio with gas BBQ grill and patio set.

This cottage type is available near the pool area, on Marbella. A great value for your family summer cottage!

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, minus the booking fee. Should you wish to cancel within this period your deposit will be fully refunded, minus the booking fee.

We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1 year expiry date from time of original check in date.

Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
