Once you arrive on the beach the pavilion offers; restrooms, a place to park the wagon we provide, rinse showers and a seasonal beverage bar! You also will enjoy the 2 pools (one heated), tennis court and a basketball goal!

In addition, there are two restaurants, Kenny D's and Captain Dave’s Seafood, in easy walking distance located at the beach right outside the neighborhood!

The Destin area is known as the Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village! Deep sea fishing is very popular and in fact, Destin boasts the largest charter fishing fleet in the State of Florida! The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. For kids, Big Kahuna waterpark is not to be missed. Also popular with the kids and highly recommended is taking a Dolphin cruise.
