This luxury villa is perfect for 10 pers and is situated in a calm residential area close by the village of La Motte. On the upper flour you find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the groundfloor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with seperate toilet. The big kitchen is fully equipped and the large living and diningroom access directly on the large shadefull terrace with a plancha. From here you have a splendid view on the garden and the pool. Underneath the villa you'll find a large garage and plenty of space to park your cars and play ping pong. The house is completely renovated. The bedlinen à € 25,- per room and the end cleaning (150,-€) has to be paid before departure.

Very relaxing vacations

We really enjoyed our vacation in La Motte. The house was very clean and spacious and perfectly matched the specifications of our booking platform. Mr. Van Slingerland was very accommodating in advance and gave us a very warm welcome upon our arrival. Definitely recommend to others.

A superb villa.

As a family we have stayed in villas in France for the last 20 years and this villa was no doubt the best equipped and most suitable for the whole family that we have stayed in. It was perfectly clean and the help from John was first class. Overall I would recommend the villa for those with a large family of varying ages.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour à la Motte. La maison est spacieuse, dispose de nombreux rangements, de l'ensemble du matériel de cuisine nécessaire et de nombreux jeux (table de ping pong, raquettes, clubs de golf, etc.). La maison est propre, située au calme et offre une belle vue sur les vignes et vallées de la provence. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter !

Een ontspannen vakantie in Villa Solange

Onze vakantie in Villa Solange, gelegen in de prachtige Provence, was een absolute aanrader. We verbleven er twee weken en het verblijf overtrof onze verwachtingen op alle vlakken. De villa was ruim, schoon en goed georganiseerd, met alle nodige faciliteiten om het ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Er was meer dan voldoende servies, en voor zowel jong als oud was er volop entertainment beschikbaar. Een leuk extraatje was het handige mapje met suggesties voor activiteiten in de omgeving, wat ons verblijf nog meer verrijkte. De locatie was schitterend: heerlijk rustig, maar toch op een handige afstand van plekken waar je wat meer drukte en leven kon opzoeken. Het zwembad was een absolute bonus, ideaal om te ontspannen en af te koelen in het warme weer. Ook het contact met de verhuurder verliep vlot. Bij elke vraag kregen we snel een vriendelijk en duidelijk antwoord, wat bijdroeg aan het gevoel van zorgeloosheid tijdens onze vakantie. Al met al was Villa Solange de perfecte plek voor een ontspannen en zorgeloze vakantie in het hart van de Provence.

Perfect!

De woning is goed verzorgd, van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimte in en rondom het huis geeft de mogelijkheid om samen te zijn maar ook om je terug te trekken. Het uitzicht is fabuleus. In de omgeving voldoende mogelijkheden voor winkelen, sporten, musea, bezoeken van een markt etc. Ik wilde er gewoon blijven wonen!

Sehr schöne Lage und toller Pool. Schöne Zimmer mit Klima. Grosse Küche. Top. Einzig schade, dass das Zimmer mit Etagenbett sehr klein ist und keine Klima hat. Für unsere 13 jährige Tochter war es nicht geeignet.

Heerlijk!

Fijn en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijk groot zwembad! Grote tuin en een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben goede bedden. Jammer dat de bomen op het terras er niet meer stonden, daar was het erg warm om te eten. Er hangen wel schaduwdoeken en er zijn 2 parasols. Er waren ontzettend veel muggen, dit was voor velen van ons een nadeel. Bij het zwembad lekkere ligbedden en ook schaduwplekken. De luiken hebben een andere kleurtje gekregen, waardoor het huis mooier was dan op de foto's. Ontvangst door John zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk!

Das Haus in La Motte hat uns gut gefallen . Die Provence wie sie sein soll Sommer , Sonne , das Konzert der Zikaden, Weinberge und Lavendel Felder .... Was will man mehr. Gerne kommen wir wieder .

Un séjour au top !

Nous sommes venus dans ce petit coin de paradis entre amis et quel séjour idyllique ! La propriété est assez isolée et le calme y règne parfait pour se relaxer au bord de la superbe piscine. La maison est très spacieuse et toute équipée rien à dire à ce niveau. Les commodités sont accessibles à environ 5-10 minutes mais uniquement à l’aide d’un véhicule. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et d’une amabilité sans pareil. Merci John, nous reviendrons ! Les ptits belges :)

Het huis voldeed absoluut aan onze verwachting

Heerlijk zwembad met zon- en schaduwplekken, prima uitgeruste keuken. Tafeltennistafel, terras hele dag in zon, gedeeltelijk met zonnedoeken bedekt, wel wat warm. Contactpersoon John is super attent en behulpzaam. Meerdere parkeerplaatsen voor auto’s. Top vakantie gehad!

Une belle maison toute équipée avec une piscine de rêve

Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une semaine à 9 (7 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cette belle maison, très bien équipée, avec une piscine magnifique, qui a fait un bonheur des petits mais des grands aussi. Maison un peu loin des commodités, il faut prendre la voiture pour faire des courses, mais au calme parfait (exactement ce qui nous recherchions). Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande sans hésitation. On va certainement revenir! Un grand merci!

Heerlijk huis, mooi zwembad !

We hebben twee heerlijke weken vakantie mogen vieren. Het huis is ruim (wij waren met twee gezinnen) en praktisch ingedeeld. Zwembad ook goed. Fijn dat je toezicht had op het zwembad vanaf het terras ondanks dat het lager ligt. Elke dag buiten gegeten en in de avond op de loungeset. De nachten zijn warm maar de deuren kunnen open, zitten horgordijnen voor en een ventilator op elke kamer. Neem wel voldoende anti-mug mee ! Uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de heuvels en de sterren is prachtig. Omgeving is mooi, nog nooit zo veel tussen de wijnvelden gereden. Fréjus een aanrader, op half uur rijden. Verder veel wijnhuizen te bezichtigen en te proeven natuurlijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !
