We’re thrilled to introduce our brand new vacation rental cabin nestled in the beautiful mountains of Heber-Overgaard Arizona! Just a short drive from the Valley, this cozy retreat is the perfect way to beat the Phoenix heat and enjoy cooler temps year-round.

Whether you’re looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, or simply spend quality time with friends and family, our mountain cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Built just 5 years ago, it sleeps up to 6 and comes fully furnished — including kitchenware, linens, and even essentials for the little ones (crib, high chair, and more).

Family-friendly, fully equipped, and ready for your next adventure — we can’t wait to share our little slice of mountain paradise with you!

Do not empty ash from the wood stove (fire hazard).
Please leave dirty linens in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No burning anything in the woodburning stove except the provided Duraflame logs. Do NOT empty ash as its a fire hazard.

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s in Heber Overgard, as well as Pinetop and Show Low. This one definitely ranks as number one. Not only were they very welcoming, providing us with a beautiful bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary but the place was spotless and the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever been in. I felt right at home from the minute I stepped into the cabin. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful cabin.

Family Summer Getaway

Recently took the family up north from the valley for 4th of July weekend. The location of this property made everything so simple to get around. Local dining and convenience stores you can walk to. Lakes and trails only minutes away. Enough parking for your trailer and off road toys! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and the property managers are fantastic to work with. Hope to be back soon!

Owner had cameras and did not state so..it was a surprise to me. VRBO rules clearly state that the presence of on-premise cameras must be stated in the property description.BBQ grill was filthy and cover was off laying on the porch. I left it cleaned:) it and left the cover on.There were conflicting orders about the placement of trash. The website direction say to put it outside and another place in the WELCOME book said to keep it in the kitchen bins. Problem is if you have more trash than the two small bins will hold, what then? I left a full bag of trash on the floor in the kitchen and two full trash bags in the undercounter slots.Also, there was a trash can on the back porch that was half full of trash when we arrived. Obviously the previous tenet did not get the memo:)Other that these small items. All good. Very nice place.

Laid back neighborhood, close to everything. Coffee shops, best burger in town and thrifting are right around the corner!

Large decks front and back to enjoy that cool forest breeze!

Only 5 years old, new and modern in a beautiful setting. Love the decks, and say hello to the scampering squirrels. Sparkling clean and fresh!
