The building was built in the year 1871 and has been completely renovated in the years 2002-2004, while some improvements were completed in the year 2012. The apartment presents beautiful views of Riga City center and Esplanade Park. Perfect for 4 people, fine for 5, possible for 6 – although a tight fit. Entire place is available, including, but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, and guest-room. A stove and oven are provided in the kitchen. The apartment is equipped with broadband Internet accessible though either Wi-Fi or cable. Flat-screen TV with 100+ cable channels and a washing machine are available.
