Blue Sky Lodge is located on one flat acre between Blue Ridge and McCaysville/Copperhill, a 10–15 min drive on paved roads.
Comprising 2 buildings, the craftsman lodge is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home renovated in 2024. It has a large front stone patio with seating and a rear entertainment deck with hot tub, Blackstone grill, firepit, furniture and high-top table with chairs.
The separate laundry includes a dog wash station.
A new barndominium has a restaurant glass door & outdoor/indoor bar with full bathroom, arcade games, large flat screen TV, upstairs lounge area with additional sleeping options.
