Property manager forgot we were coming

Our reservation was confirmed however when we arrived the property manager wasn't there. Thankfully someone from the floor below answered their door and called them. The property manager admitted they forgot about the reservation and was not ready to house us. We ended having to make a VRBO claim and getting housed in a hotel nearby.

Great stay

This was a great place to stay, mostly because Wilson was an excellent host. We initially had a mix up in the reservation and we were able to work things out prior to us arriving. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment prior to check in. His mother was great and entertained us while we waited for the prior tenants to leave. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. The subway was about a ten minute walk away. The neighborhood has good parts and some that are kind of shady, but everyone who we passed was pleasant and we never felt uncomfortable. The stores were convenient to shop in and the employees were helpful when we asked questions. Two bedroom apartment with the living room couch letting out into a bed. Definitely enough room for the four of us. Great value for the price! Again, working with Wilson made the whole experience easier to navigate. My family and I will definitely stay again. He left a bottle of bubbly for us in the apartment to celebrate the New Year. What a great treat! Thanks Wilson for everything!

The bed/bath linens were crisp and clean :-) Stylish decor', comfortable stay. Would be nice to have free bottled water, maybe even just one per person (not much of a tap water person) Parking is very difficult to find, so arriving during the daylight hours is suggested. Easy property to find and Wilson communicated all information that we needed, prior to our arrival. Would recommend :-)

My stay in Queens

My girlfriend and I stayed here last year, it was wonderful. Wilson and his family were very accommodating. He was very helpful, the neighborhood was quiet and the place was clean. There are bodegas within walking distance that had everything we needed, next time I stay I Queens this will be my #1 choice. Thank you so much Wilson, hope to see you soon sir!!!
