Plenty of quilts and bedding in the owner suite bathroom. 4 acres bordered by Shoal creek and McConless Creek. Great to explore. There is a lockbox on the front door BRAND NEW HOT TUB!!! Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all trash in a bag, trash pick up is on a Tuesday morning, if you are occupying the property on a Monday, please bring the trash can to the road.
Please start a load of towels and the dishwasher before you leave. For the bed linen please remove but leave on the bed.
