This property was constructed before 1991, however, we are making some readily achievable changes, so if you are interested in the unit and are looking for some accessibility features, please inquire to find out if any of our units would suit your needs.

Villa 21 - Second story paradise! 3 Bed/2Bath(sleeps 6). Convenient located 5 blocks from the beach.

As you climb one flight of stairs and enter through the gate to the rooftop terrace, you'll feel the change in temperature and notice a slight breeze as you gaze above Tyler Avenue and Cape Canaveral! Continue around the corner of the terrace to the front entrance and enter through the left doorway to your home away from home. Bright light floods the open living space from the terrace into the bedrooms. Newly furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable; Villa 21 has large tile throughout the entire home, updated kitchen appliances, countertop bar space, large dining room table, custom Italian leather sofa, and outdoor furniture... for those balmy summer nights outside watching the sunset... or a rocket launch! We hope you enjoy the view as much as we do!

Place itself was nice. Close to some convenient stores and a couple of bars. Drove a short distance to the pier for dinner. Nice short distance to the Royal Carribean Port. Communication was not good with owner though. The code to get into home didn’t work and the cleaning guy let us in at our check in time at 4:00. I asked for new code and no response.

Spacious accommodations

This apartment is very spacious and centrally located for trips to the beach and stores. The manager was easy to contact and was friendly and helpful. There were beach toys and a wagon available for use. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Girls night out

Nice location. Outdoor area wonderfu.A bit of repairs could be done. Coffee would have been a nice touch . Master bath toolet needs repaired . Tank doesnt fill up. Just a few small things but overall a very nice place.

Cute place just blocks from the beach

Decorated so cute! The property is fun and just a few minutes from the beach. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, stores, and many activities the area has to offer such as playing on the beach and renting kayaks and other equipment to play on the river. It was a great place for our family group of 7. They have boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, and a folding wagon to haul it all. I don't remember that being listed in the description and it was a pleasant surprise since we flew and couldn't bring all that with us. Jean was very helpful when I had a concern or question.
