Welcome to the heart of Kennebunk. My beautiful country/glam private bed & bath is perfect for your visit to the area. This listing is new to VRBO but I am a highly rated super host on the other popular site so rest assured that you are in good hands.
This romantic bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a mini refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, Keurig and 43” smart tv. An exposed chimney with mood lighting sets the ambience. The bathroom is sparkling clean.
You will love the proximity to the amenities of downtown Kennebunk from my location such as restaurants, our upscale bowling alley with 5 star dining and a bar, Saturday farmer’s market, shops and parks. We are just a short walk or bicycle ride into town. Several area beaches are only 5 miles away. We are just 2 miles to the Maine turnpike and just 4 miles from Kennebunkport.

Why they chose this property
This is a quiet residential neighborhood where you can relax without being directly in the hustle & bustle of the crowds, yet we are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beaches & busier Kennebunkport.
What makes this property unique
This 1890 duplex was converted into a bed & breakfast in the 1990s. I had the good fortune of purchasing it in 2009 and have been renovating her little by little ever since! You know what they say about old houses… it’s never done!
