Stay was great even though it was short. Clean and everything needed was there. The only issue was not enough outlets that were not already used. But that was not a big deal. Would definitely stay again

I summarize this stay as interesting but ok.I refer to this as the house of rules. No food or drink in the living space. No smoking within 25 feet of the entrance. And lastly, Sensitive Septic SystemDo Not Flush Toilet Paper***NOT EVEN FLUSHABLES***Beds were comfortable, there is a nice washer and dryer set, very quiet and peaceful setting. A little removed from any sort of town but no more than a 15/20 minute drive.Highly encourage the owner to put reflectors at the edge of the drive marking where to turn in and park. The driveway is grown over with grass and plenty of pine needles thus time if year making the drive way easy to miss.

Nice cottage near Wilson, NC!

We spent 2 nights at this wonderful 2 BR, 1 bathroom home with a comfortable living area and ample kitchen. Totally renovated small home with a cottage feel and a nice covered front porch. Beds were comfortable. Though in a rural area near the Tar River, scattered homes and nice subdivisions in the area gave it a safe feel. Host was friendly and communicative. Convenient to Wilson and surrounding areas. Great lodging option if you have a need or desire to be in this area!

Location and Ease of Accesss

We were hoping to stay in Elm City, close to family. This was the ONLY option. We were happy to discover the clean and ready home for us when we arrived at almost 2am. Our hosts were kind and gracious throughout our stay answering questions and offering assistance. 10/10, No notes!!
