This Kress loft accommodates 4 with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper, 20-ft ceilings, a cook-ready kitchen, and a dedicated workspace — all in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is one block away. The Convention Center is three. Everything worth doing in this city is walkable, and this is exactly where you want to be based.

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.

❤️ You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

Other things to note:

On-site parking is not included, but nearby third-party parking lots and garages are available for $25 night; it resets at 3 AM, and you may be charged up to $50. The closest parking lot is just two blocks away, and there’s a convenient loading zone directly in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays after 6 PM.

If you need to unload luggage, the 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building is available for your use. Please note that this area is closely monitored, so avoid leaving your vehicle unattended to prevent fines.

This unit features a modern industrial design with exposed ductwork. As part of this design, you may occasionally hear normal building sounds.

Our property faces a road where garbage trucks make stops, especially at night or early morning (typically on Wednesdays, but this may vary) and it's also situated across from The Piano Bar. Due to the historical nature, the building's windows may not fully insulate sound. For noise concerns, we offer white noise machines, fans, and earplugs upon request, ensuring a peaceful stay

DRYER:
Please note that our property features ventless dryers, which may have some limitations compared to traditional dryers. We've also provided a clothes rack on-site to help dry clothes during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

PARKING:

One of the window blinds in the unit needs to be replaced. We are currently waiting for the building management to receive the replacement, which is expected to take 4 to 8 weeks.
